Online ordering & fees
Orders placed through our online chat ordering service or website include a service fee of 8% of the order subtotal. This fee helps cover the cost of operating online ordering and is included in the order total shown before you confirm your order.
Text messaging (SMS)
Daddy's Rewards and our sign-in system use text messages. By providing your mobile number, you agree to receive one-time passcodes and order- or rewards-related texts from Chef Daddy's. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies with your activity. We do not send marketing text blasts without your consent, and you can opt out of non-essential messages at any time by replying STOP.
How we share information
We share your information only with the service providers that make ordering possible, and only so they can provide those services to us:
- Frontcall — the platform that powers our chat ordering, order processing, and rewards program.
- Text messaging providers — to deliver sign-in codes and order updates.
We may also disclose information if the law requires it or to protect our rights, our customers, or the public. We do not sell or rent your personal information to anyone.
Data retention & security
We keep order and rewards records for as long as your rewards account is active or as needed for normal business and legal purposes. Your information is transmitted over encrypted connections and stored with access limited to those who need it to serve you.
Your choices
- You can opt out of non-essential text messages at any time by replying STOP.
- You can ask us to close your rewards account and delete the personal information tied to it.
- You can always order by phone or in person instead of online.
Children
Our website and rewards program are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.
